Lord Roberts Children’s Programs Inc will close in weather emergencies in the cold months. This will occur if there is a blizzard and the majority of staff cannot get to work, if Lord Roberts School closes and anytime there is a loss of power that is expected to last for a significant time period as advised by Manitoba Hydro. The first place to check is the website however we will also try to contact parents by email and/or telephone as well as letting the local radio stations- CBC and CJOB know of this closure. The general rule of thumb is that in a weather emergency both sites will be closed.
